We are seeking Technical Support Level 2 admins to join the team. We are a small team that delivers services to clients across North America. Our focus is to automate support activities for business efficiency. Ability to work independently and have flexible availability is a key requirement. On a day to day basis the work schedule is very busy so managing time effectively is a critical requirement.

You will ensure that our client infrastructure performs optimally. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of desktops, laptops, network, servers, and storage infrastructure. On the Cloud side – you will work with Azure and AWS cloud platform.

The primary responsibilities of this role would include:

  • Network Operations
  • Server administration and Support
  • Cloud Administration
  • System monitoring
  • O365 support

Candidate must have experience of atleast 1 year providing support to small & medium business organizations. Office 365 experience provisioning accounts and making changes (in line with best practices) is also a requirement.

This position requires an individual with strong customer service focus and initiative in order to ensure that problems and requests assigned are managed and resolved in a timely manner.

Aptitude for new technology and enthusiasm to work is important for success – commitment to work extra hours is relevant.

Candidate must have own vehicle and possess a driver license. Availability to work weekends and holidays is a requirement.

Onsite work is a mandatory requirement. Candidates must be local to Winnipeg or willing to relocate at their own expense.
